Our motivation is simply to act on behalf of business owners and ensure that the process or outcome does not get corrupted by isolated interventions.<\/p>\n<p>These snippets set out our approach and findings, which I hope paints the complete picture and that you find usefuland interesting.<\/p>\n<p><iframe style=\"border: 1px solid #CCC; border-width: 1px 1px 0; margin-bottom: 5px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.slideshare.net\/slideshow\/embed_code\/21830926\" height=\"356\" width=\"427\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 5px;\"><\/div>\n<h3>How is this approach unique?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>We get to a simple 5 point plan within a few days, and start implementation almost immediately<\/li>\n<li>The input is affordable, non disruptive and is completed in only half a day a week<\/li>\n<li>We are experts at reaching the shortest route to generating cash.<\/li>\n<li>As we are not drawing much in fees, our motivation is completely aligned &#8211; to the increased equity value realised.<\/li>\n<li>You can trust us to deliver, as we need to ensure you also have the right team to achieve the plan too, so this is a closed loop.<\/li>\n<li>The approach is consistent with our core business &#8211; capability building and leaving a legacy.<\/li>\n<li>We are not fat cats and we completely get the pressures and challenges of running an SME and know what excellent looks like.<\/li>\n<li>We avoid the \u201cfeeding frenzy\u201d of professionals that business owners get faced with when they get into unfamiliar territory.<\/li>\n<li>We don\u2019t know better; we simply align expectations and are expert at enabling people within businesses to perform at their best.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Trust me for a variety of reasons &#8211; you need a catalyst to get this right. The main danger in this climate that business owner\u2019s face &#8211; is an unrealistic plan and tenaciously sticking to it.
