leadership or the underlying psychology is really only discovered when its challenged, so here are some recent conversations below that illustrate for you why the psychology driving why #equity #diversity and #inclusion ideology (EDI) will kill your business so must #edi must #DIE..<\/p>\n

Ideology always leads to tyranny, and ideology to corruption: even the meaning of the word “woke” is a decoy which is used to justify the subsets of corrupting ideology such as#equalitydiversityinclusion which is subset of “woke” mantras:<\/p>\n

As you can see below, it is only when you scratch the surface of the ideology, or challenge any ideology you find what psychology and mechanisms is comprised of, and what \/ who is behind it:<\/p>\n

Its a perfect devisive distraction to fuel us to play by the Marquis of Queensbury’s rules and thereby getting screwed by China:

With China opening an average of two new coal-fired power plants a week and India apparently more determined than ever to continue its development curve, as is the entire non-Western world, global CO2 emissions will continue to rise for the foreseeable future. There is not yet any available, inexpensive alternative to fossil fuels.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

“Setting an example” to regimes and countries around the world that often hate the West simply enables those countries to grow stronger, while the countries setting the example weaken themselves by committing themselves to severe economic disadvantage — while having virtually no net effect on the climate…. Meanwhile, as they grow, they would doubtless be extremely happy to see the West hobbling itself.<\/p>\n

We must look after the planet but not by screwing our economies. For example the switch to EVS will reduce\u00a0#emissions<\/a>\u00a0but make\u00a0#carbon<\/a>\u00a0worse at the cost of 800k automotive jobs in the UK and a Chinese take over of what is left of our auto industry.<\/p>\n

So, the priorities are something like this:<\/p>\n

1. protect nature (the amazon specifically is at tipping point 17% lost, 20% is considered the tipping point
\n2. protect emerging economies from sea level rise etc, like Holland
\n3. stop China opening coal fired power stations (tax the hell out of their imports)
\n4. balanced strategy – protect economies, grow wealth of increase wealth, no wealth people
\n5. Stop the stupid misaligned projects,
\n– the obsession with electrification at the cost of manufacturing industry and at the cost of our\u00a0#zerocarbon<\/a>\u00a0targets
\n– the stupidity of hydrogen as a commercially viable and scalable fuel
\n– carbon capture technology that is at a macro level technically and environmentally flawed too
\n6. get energy tech right and re-aligned with requires a hybrid dashboard of technologies that would work, and actions to protect nature
\n6. identify and kill the ideology, age get a grip (that is a\u00a0#winningthinking<\/a>\u00a0psychological issue to resolve:\u00a0#globalwarming<\/a>\u00a0–\u00a0#climateemergency<\/a>
\n– the alarmist nature of the escalating dialogue and\u00a0#wef<\/a>\u00a0ideology kills and stifles innovation
\n7. sort our the delivery model because our public sectors are woefully incompetent to deliver this
\n8. work with the big industries to get concurrent engineering and concurrent project delivery organisationally achieved.<\/p>\n
