Nigel Crook<\/a> “moral machines”, “ethical AI” “aiforgood” etc are all very misleading mantras that distort and delete the reality, and take advantage of flaws in human psychology. A far deeper understanding of people and interaction with tech is required, very naive\/reckless to do without doing so. Deep understanding of people first this dialogue doesn’t show even the most shallow knowledge of people. The discussion around bias in AI is bizarre at the most basic level because Ai runs is fuelled directed by bias, The chance of embedding ethics in AI is zero, absolutely intangible, and tech\/ai is just the wrong tool to use and just stupid to expect as a sensible outcome. Clever people working on this with very little common sense or credible judgment, and inexperienced in the capabilities required. Making ai like humans – is simply disturbing because it’s a fraud.
