Whilst the icebreaker professional development program was created to support engagement in turnaround scenarios it is also ideal to support the key leaders of a business to change a business culture led from the top, to improve employee engagement, and business capability people development, and leave an enduring legacy.

Benefits;

This event enables board level executives to recognize the human roadblocks to the change they introduce, and how to get buy-in in change situations.

Tyrone Courtman (former UK TMA President, and owner of Cooper Parry LLP) attended the program in April 2012 commenting;

“I think it has considerable application to Turnaround scenario’s having now experienced the course first hand.”

Background and why is this course essential for executives in change situations?

The inability of a turnaround manager to engage is the cause of most businesses entering administration. In turnaround scenarios clients are distressed and nearly always in denial. The ability to engage is simply essential in order to unravel and make sense of the irrational information that the turnaround executive typically receives.
